ELM 277 Engineering Computation II

Credits: (2)
This course builds on concepts introduced in ELM 276  to provide more advanced understanding of numerical methods and analysis utilizing computer tools and modeling software. Topics include computational theory, algorithm development, and flow charting. Root finding, matric methods, simultaneous equations, and optimization will also be discussed. 2 lecture hours per week are required for this course. Prerequisite(s): ELM 276 .
