BUS 203 Beginning Spreadsheets Credits: (3)
This first spreadsheets course will include the fundamentals of creating and managing worksheets and workbooks, creating cells and ranges, creating tables, applying formulas and functions, and creating charts and objects. These skills will be expanded and applied to business situations. Upon completion of the course, students will have met the objectives required to sit for the nationally-recognized Microsoft Excel Associate Certification Exam. Students will be required to take this proctored certification exam on campus as part of the course. If a remotely proctored exam is necessary, an additional fee may be required. The Microsoft Excel program (not the online version) is required for the course.
