BUS 231 Human Resource Management

This course is a study in the major areas of Human Resource Management. It includes recruitment, selection, job analysis, training, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, and labor relations. The course specifically addresses the human resource manager’s responsibility for development of employee potential within an environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion for all members of an organization.
