GEN 154 Comparative Vocational Planning

Credits: (3)
This course introduces students to methods of occupational planning and exposes them to available career choices. Integrated concepts include an evaluation of individual capabilities, preferences and goals. Students will also learn about the processes of the college transfer, job search, resume writing, and interviewing.

  1. Identify personal interests, skills, and values, and compare them with career options.
  2. Describe jobs, careers, and the life-long process of career development.
