HTL 232 Front Office Management Credits: (3) The day-to-day operations of the front office are examined from the progression of a room reservation to check-out. Room rate determination, billing systems, fiscal and accounting policies are emphasized. Traditional methods and systems are compared to computerized contemporary methods.
