These courses stack directly into both the 1-year Electromechnical Technology Certificate and the 2-year Electromechanical Technology AAS degree to allow students to advance their education over time. Students can enroll in all 7 courses in a single semester, providing a quick entry point to employment. This course continues the studies of scales, intervals, key signatures, and chords. Compound meter and harmonization of melodies will be introduced. Not applicable to MUS.AS curriculum requirements. Prerequisite(s): MUS 160 or permission of instructor.
