The Manufacturing Fundamentals Microcredential consists of seven courses covering fundamental skills needed for entry-level positions in manufacturing, facilities, or equipment maintenance. These courses stack directly into both the 1-year Electromechnical Technology Certificate and the 2-year Electromechanical Technology AAS degree to allow students to advance their education over time. Students can enroll in all 7 courses in a single semester, providing a quick entry point to employment. MUS 203 Introduction to Composition

This is a course in beginning music composition. Aesthetic concepts and specific detailed theoretical concepts and techniques, particularly of the 20th and 21st centuries will be covered as will introductory 18th century counterpoint. Students must have one year of basic music theory and be able to read music to take this course.
