These courses stack directly into both the 1-year Electromechnical Technology Certificate and the 2-year Electromechanical Technology AAS degree to allow students to advance their education over time. Students can enroll in all 7 courses in a single semester, providing a quick entry point to employment. BMC 130 Video Studio Production I

This course is designed to give students a basic overview of video studio production. Students will be introduced to the skills necessary to operate equipment in studio and control room settings through lecture, demonstration, and usage. Students will begin to develop visual and aural literacy by creating scripts and through on-camera performance. Prerequisite(s): matriculation in the Broadcast Media Communications (A.A.S.) program or permission of department.
