BUS 230H Honors Prin of Management Credits: (3) This course is a study of the management process with a survey of managerial and organizational theories. Specific topics will include planning, organizing, supervision, control, labor relations, and decision-making. Open to Honors College students only.

- Analyze the core functions of management, motivational theories, and leadership styles, and assess how these factors influence individual performance and overall organizational effectiveness.

- Evaluate ethical principles, labor-employee relations, and decision-making processes in business, emphasizing the importance of integrity, accountability, and social responsibility in management practices.
