SCM 150 Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management is designed to introduce students to the planning and organizing activities involved in the upstream and downstream elements of a sourcing and delivery system. Specific topics include procurement, capacity planning, production operations, distribution, delivery, quality, and customer service. The course emphasizes the communication, collaboration, and integration of activities among all components of a supply chain.
