The Database microcredential consists of a three-course sequence of database-related credit-bearing courses, which stack into the Computer Information Systems A.A.S. degree. Students will learn the role that databases play in modern information technology systems, fundamentals of database architecture and structure, how to build and access databases, how to interface databases with websites, and systems analysis and design.
