The Commercial Photography microcredential is designed for individuals interested in building practical skills in commercial lighting, editing and content creation. Students in this credential will gain foundational knowledge of photographic studio work, learn professional image editing software and explore strategies related to commercial content. Courses emphasize hands-on application, from creating compelling imagery to understanding symbolism in todays media environment.

Additional Costs/Supplies
Students enrolled in the Commercial Photography microcredential must have access to a reliable smartphone or digital camera capable of capturing high resolution imagery. Sufficient storage space on the device is required to capture, edit, and upload studio works. In addition, students should be able to access various image editing platforms from their cameras as well as personal computers.
