Direct Support Professional III (MC)

This Direct Support Professional (DSP) III microcredential aligns with the DSP III certification through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP). A medical examination, a tuberculin test, a background check, and fingerprinting may be required before beginning field work placements and may require additional costs.

Admission Requirements
Students must be 18 years of age or older.
Graduation Requirements
This is a stackable credential. Students must earn Direct Support Professional I (MC) , Direct Support Professional II (MC) , and DSP III in sequential order. Students cannot graduate from DSP III without graduating from Direct Support Professional II (MC) first.
