This two-semester certificate will provide you with a fast-track to a culinary career, leading to opportunities as a banquet cook, line cook, or pantry cook. This program provides students with basic culinary and bakery techniques through hands-on experience in our labs with the on-campus Bechamels Retail Shop and Stonewalls Restaurant.

Graduation Requirements
A grade of “C” or higher is required to pass FSA 100 .
